[Hands-on Experiments] 

• Build DNA structure with A-T, C-G
• Extract DNA from fruits (strawberry, bananas)
• Learn how to use lab balance, shaker and equipment
• Make bacteria food
• Make gel plate for bacteria growth
• Grow bacteria in LB medium
• Extract bacteria DNA (Plasmid)
• Run Gel for DNA analysis
• Observe DNA with DNA analyzer
